Because of the digital nature of our products, software license keys cannot be physically returned, locked, or deactivated once they are sent to you. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Returns or Refunds for Delivered Keys

Once a software license key is delivered to your designated email address or displayed on your screen, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances after delivery.

We strongly advise checking the software’s system requirements, compatibility, and user guides before making a purchase.

2. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun.

By completing your checkout and confirming your order, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of your software license key and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (refund or return) once the key is emailed to you.

3. Defective or Invalid License Keys

If you experience any technical issues or receive a license key that appears to be invalid, we are here to help:

• You must report the issue within 7 days of purchase to info@softera.in.
• Please provide your order number, a description of the error, and a screenshot of the error message during activation.
• Once we verify the key’s status with the brand or authorized reseller, if the key is confirmed to be defective and not yet activated, we will issue a replacement key or process a full refund.
