1. Digital Products & Delivery

We sell digital software license keys. Upon successful payment, your product key will be delivered instantly to the email address provided during checkout and/or displayed on the order confirmation screen. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct email address.

2. Returns and Refunds

As detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy, all sales of digital license keys are final once delivered. The standard 14-day EU Right of Withdrawal is waived upon your consent to immediate delivery at checkout.

3. License Usage

The software license keys sold on Softera are genuine and sourced from official brands or authorized distributors. You agree to use the software in accordance with the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by the respective software manufacturer.

4. Limitation of Liability

Softera is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or system issues resulting from the download, installation, or use of the software activated by keys purchased from our store. Technical support for the software itself must be directed to the respective software developer, though we will assist with key activation issues.
